Responsibility
- Conduct business process analysis to identify client needs and recommend optimal ERP solutions (SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and recommending process improvements.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation in client solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data migration and system performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SAP Certified, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with hands-on implementation experience in SAP, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and ERP module functionalities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and UAT coordination.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus for global client engagements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or on-site support (if required).
