Responsibility
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision for Agentic AI in procurement, aligning with Micronâs business objectives and market needs.
- Roadmap Development: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business value.
- AI Solution Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of autonomous AI agents, ensuring they deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact solutions for procurement teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
- User-Centric Innovation: Conduct user research and usability testing to refine AI models and interfaces, driving adoption and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI-driven procurement tools, iterating based on data insights.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and procurement tech, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years specializing in AI, machine learning, or autonomous systems (preferably in enterprise SaaS or procurement tech).
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and agentic architectures. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact products from concept to launch.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and lean product development practices.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement, supply chain management, or semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
