Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced probe software systems for semiconductor testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with hardware and analytical tools.
- Optimize probe testing algorithms to improve accuracy, efficiency, and yield in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Analyze large datasets from probe tests to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop and implement machine learning or AI-driven models to enhance predictive analytics in probe testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in probe systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Document software specifications, test procedures, and analytical methodologies for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor testing and software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on software development or semiconductor technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in semiconductor testing, probe systems, or analytical tools.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java and experience with software development for hardware-software integration.
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning applied to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with probe testing equipment, ATDF, or similar semiconductor test platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex software and hardware interactions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural team.
