Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate data delivery.
- Implement and manage data warehousing solutions to support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in BI, data analytics, and enterprise information management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BI development, data warehousing, or enterprise reporting.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL for complex querying and optimization.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica) and data integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and database design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
