Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex bids, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission.
- Develop and implement strategic bid plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, financial, and legal experts, to create compelling and competitive proposals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-value bids and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in bid management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or system integration sector.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end bid process, including proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
