Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-level systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications, including data models, workflows, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and vendors, to define requirements, scope, and feasibility of projects.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
- Oversee the technical governance of projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, best practices, and industry regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams on architectural principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to bridge technical and functional disparities in existing systems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, cloud migration, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, functional design, or enterprise IT, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid architectures.
- Strong proficiency in API design, microservices, SOA, and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures).
- Hands-on experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
