Responsibility
- Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts for clients, ensuring all features are optimized for their business needs.
- Automate marketing campaigns, including email sequences, SMS campaigns, and follow-up processes.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and implement workflows to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use GoHighLevel effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new automation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to GoHighLevel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in using GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
