Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and server systems.
- Help deploy and update software applications across the organization, ensuring compatibility and security.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Assist in data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- Document IT processes, issues, and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with IT staff and end-users.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
