Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and system requirements for cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to gather, document, and prioritize business needs and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed business cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams to support project objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge discrepancies between current and future states.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate project status, insights, and recommendations.
- Support the testing and validation of system enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or regulatory sector.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Strong proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and remote team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, or fintech trends is a plus.
