Responsibility
- Develop precise 2D and 3D technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details) using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to interpret design intent and produce construction-ready documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve discrepancies and provide clarifications during the build phase.
- Maintain organized drawing libraries, templates, and project archives for efficiency and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and drafting technologies to enhance workflows.
- Assist in site visits and measurements to verify as-built conditions when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field with 3+ years of professional drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software (BIM experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes (Indonesian standards preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
