Responsibility
- Assist lead designers in developing conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients to source materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Support the preparation of presentations and client proposals with compelling visuals and narratives.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local Bali architectural influences.
- Assist in project coordination, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Basic proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Strong creative and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for sustainable and culturally inspired design, with an interest in Bali’s unique aesthetic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
- Open to entry-level candidates with a portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
