Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes that meet quality and budget requirements.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to design specifications and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Prepare and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
