Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D simulations for architectural and design projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate simulations into project workflows and presentations.
- Create realistic and interactive 3D models to enhance client engagement and project visualization.
- Optimize simulation performance to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D simulation and modeling.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on 3D simulation tools and software.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-impact simulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and simulation, preferably in the design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in 3D simulation software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics, rendering, and animation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D simulation projects is highly desirable.
