Responsibility
- Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical plans.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Assist in site visits to verify dimensions and gather data for accurate drafting.
- Maintain organized digital files and version control for all project drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; SMK in Building Engineering considered with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in architectural drafting, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting work is highly advantageous.
