Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for residential building projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback to achieve final approvals efficiently.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of drafting assignments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy reference and future modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Draftsperson or Designer in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and 3D rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, or similar).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex design briefs.
- Portfolio showcasing technical drafting and 3D presentation work (required).
- Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with reliable internet access.
