Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of interior works.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize industry tools such as CAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software to create and review design plans.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Works Project Manager or similar role in the design and architecture industry.
- Proficiency in industry tools such as CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
