Responsibility
- Develop precise technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including elevations, sections, and floor plans.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and client meetings.
- Maintain organized records of all project drawings and revisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural drafting technologies.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting work is highly desirable.
