Responsibility
- Develop and execute 2D designs, videos, and motion graphics that align with FWD’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to create visually engaging content for campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.
- Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, compelling, and visually appealing materials for diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Edit and enhance video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and post-production tasks.
- Optimize visual assets for various platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality output across all channels.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 2D design, video production, or motion graphics, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, motion graphics, and video content.
- Excellent understanding of brand consistency, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design best practices is a plus.
