Note: This role may involve hybrid or remote work arrangements for candidates based in Bali, with occasional travel to client sites or showrooms as needed.
Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget for kitchen and interior projects.
- Develop bespoke design concepts, including 2D/3D renderings, material selections, and space planning for residential and commercial spaces.
- Present design proposals to clients, articulating the vision, value, and technical details to secure project approvals and sales.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project execution, timelines, and quality control.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and post-project support.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating portfolio content, case studies, and social media assets to showcase Stanzo Collection’s work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in interior design, kitchen design, or architectural visualization, with a portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong sales and client management skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into compelling business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction processes in Indonesia/Bali.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design, innovation, and creating spaces that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
