Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design vision and budget.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies in interior design.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or implementation challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in Indonesia.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and spatial planning.
