Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and decor that align with the design vision and budget.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, sustainability, and local Balinese aesthetics.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring their vision is realized while offering expert design guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in Bali.
