Responsibility
- Design custom jerseys, sportswear, and apparel artwork based on client specifications.
- Create high-quality, print-ready sublimation files for production.
- Collaborate with clients to refine and finalize design concepts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance design outcomes.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in sportswear or apparel design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of sublimation printing processes is a plus.
- Passion for sportswear design and a keen eye for trends.
