Responsibility
- Lead architectural coordination efforts to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction documents and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design discrepancies and optimize project workflows.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details to maintain design integrity.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality architectural solutions on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies in architecture.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination, design development, or construction administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining collaboration with global teams.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
