Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and other industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate design conflicts before construction.
- Generate and manage construction documents, drawings, and 3D visualizations for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and industry standards (e.g., AIA, ISO 19650).
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and project delivery timelines.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) and familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on large-scale architectural or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a keen eye for detail.
