Responsibility
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs, from residential villas to boutique commercial spaces.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from planning to completion.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design vision and budget constraints.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain design integrity.
- Present design proposals to clients with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local Bali aesthetics to infuse projects with cultural relevance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven portfolio showcasing residential or commercial design projects (for Senior roles, 3+ years of experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, lighting, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of local Bali design trends, cultural influences, and sustainable practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
