Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, translating them into technical solutions for domain-specific challenges.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to design and implement scalable, high-impact transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain domain models, process flows, and solution architectures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, validate requirements, and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital innovation within the domain.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for domain-specific solutions, guiding junior analysts and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout the solution lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on domain-specific solutions.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with domain modeling, process mapping, and solution architecture design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or other iterative development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
