Responsibility
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer needs.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure agile best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
