Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing network traffic for potential security threats.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and encryption protocols.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in penetration testing under supervision.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation, including security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and initiatives.
- Assist in the configuration and management of IT infrastructure, including servers and workstations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, and encryption.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in IT/cybersecurity is advantageous.
