Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, improving automation, predictive analytics, and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in business workflows and customer experiences.
- Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications using AI/ML techniques, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions where applicable to enhance Dynamics 365 functionalities (e.g., chatbots, document processing, or image recognition).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models in production, iterating and refining them to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects involving predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; experience with Azure AI, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform; and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Dynamics 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, with a focus on customizing and extending solutions using AI/ML.
- Data Engineering: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building scalable data pipelines for AI/ML applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
