Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Perform SAP configuration and customization to optimize workflows, enhance user experience, and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge functional and technical disparities in SAP modules.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials for end-users.
- Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PTP-related issues, providing timely resolutions and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative SAP-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) module, with hands-on configuration and functional design expertise.
- Proven experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including customization, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Certification in SAP PTP or related modules (e.g., SAP MM, FI) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with global teams.
