Responsibility
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
- Lead the planning, deployment, and management of ERP systems and Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and security.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize costs and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs, driving projects from conception to completion.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend solutions that enhance competitiveness and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft 365, including deployment and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor IT professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
