Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect data and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing systems.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security tools.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft/AWS certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
