Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a regional partner strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets, focusing on high-value alliances in APAC.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of Partner Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Design and implement onboarding programs, certifications, and co-selling initiatives to accelerate partner ramp-up.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive joint business planning with partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align partner efforts with Dynatrace’s global priorities.
  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs, track partner performance, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize ROI.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging trends to position Dynatrace as the partner of choice for AI-driven observability solutions.
  • Executive Engagement: Represent Dynatrace at industry events, partner summits, and C-level discussions to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in partner/channel leadership at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Revenue Achievement: Demonstrated success in scaling partner revenue (USD 10M+ annually) through strategic alliances.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and growing high-performing sales teams in APAC or Southeast Asia.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing, observability, or DevOps ecosystems and partner models.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to influence and negotiate with C-level executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast revenue, and measure partner program effectiveness.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling narratives for partners and customers.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (20-30%) for partner meetings and industry events.
