Based in Bali’s business hubs—such as Kuta, Badung, or surrounding areas—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with corporate goals, while leveraging your industry knowledge to outperform targets.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the Lubepac product portfolio and market share in Indonesia and regional markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributorships, and B2B sales channels.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and digital strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance metrics (KPIs, revenue targets, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic roles within the lubricants, petroleum, or chemical industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing large-scale deals in B2B or industrial markets.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, regulatory compliance, and industry trends in lubricants/petroleum.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel regionally as required and based in Bali (Kuta, Badung, or nearby areas).
