Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain government clients, including ministries, embassies, state-owned enterprises, and public sector organizations.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, including government contracts, tenders, and long-term partnerships across Baliâs key hospitality markets.
- Collaborate with Accorâs property teams in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to align sales strategies with operational capabilities and guest experience standards.
- Negotiate and close deals for government travel, conferences, events, and accommodation, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, leveraging networking opportunities and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the government segment, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials tailored to government clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years specializing in government or public sector sales, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Baliâs hospitality market and government travel trends is a plus.
