Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for premium wine products in Bali's hospitality and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and wine retailers.
- Conduct engaging wine tastings, presentations, and training sessions for clients and staff to enhance product knowledge and sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, wine dinners, and trade shows.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. A background in wine studies (e.g., WSET) is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wine, spirits, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and trends, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's hospitality landscape and existing relationships with key players is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
