Responsibility
- Design and implement digital learning strategies that incorporate AI-powered tools and platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content deployment.
- Analyze training data to identify skill gaps and measure the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives.
- Curate and update content for hybrid learning models, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven personalized learning paths for employees at all levels.
- Maintain compliance with training standards while continuously exploring emerging EdTech trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Digital HR roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools for instructional design or content automation.
- Proficiency with modern LMS platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable L&D strategies.
