Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and provide evidence-based dietary recommendations for chronic conditions, weight management, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition therapy into patient treatment plans, ensuring holistic and patient-centered care.
- Lead community outreach programs, workshops, and seminars to promote nutrition education and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed to optimize health outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition science to ensure best practices in dietary counseling.
- Supervise and mentor junior dietitians and nutritionists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical or community-based experience as a Dietitian, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent certification (e.g., INDI, HCPC, or other recognized credentials).
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, including experience with diabetes, cardiovascular health, and weight management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Experience in community nutrition programs, public health initiatives, or wellness coaching is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Passion for preventive healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through nutrition.
