Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating medications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance on medication usage.
- Process and verify prescription orders, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain patient records and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Operate pharmacy software and systems to track prescriptions, billing, and inventory.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and medication management.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards within the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Pharmacy Technology or a related field (required for Senior role).
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role (1-3 years for Technician, 3+ years for Senior Technician).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and dosage calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and basic computer skills.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
