Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration solutions.
- Enhance security posture by applying DevSecOps principles, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization through automation and right-sizing.
- Document processes, architectures, and runbooks for operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
