Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to enable seamless software delivery.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) clusters, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for cloud-native applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi to support DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies, monitoring, and incident response for mission-critical systems.
- Implement and enforce security best practices (IAM, RBAC, secrets management) across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.
- Document processes, tools, and architectures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of automation, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering, with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Proficient in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Helm).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices (IAM, RBAC, secrets management).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with global teams.
