Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, is seeking a Senior D365 Technical Architect to lead transformative projects in the vibrant tech hubs of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend optimal D365 solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation guides.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on the latest D365 features, industry trends, and Microsoft technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM solutions.
- Proven expertise in X++, C#, .NET, Azure, and Power Platform with a strong understanding of D365 architecture and customization.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or related Microsoft certifications is highly desirable.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale D365 projects from inception to deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
