Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence initiatives to proactively mitigate security risks.
- Oversee compliance with global cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and executive teams to integrate security measures into business processes and technology deployments.
- Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness training and workshops to enhance employee vigilance and reduce human-risk factors.
- Manage incident response plans, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery protocols for security breaches.
- Monitor and report on key security metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge security technologies and tools to strengthen the organizationās defense posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide security programs and policies.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in security practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead initiatives across geographically distributed teams.
