Responsibility
- Architect and Develop: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications meet SLAs for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, microservices, serverless) to enhance product capabilities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, APIs, and workflows.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Automate deployment processes and monitor system health using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go, and frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, with a focus on optimization and data modeling.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a track record of debugging complex systems under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects, certifications (e.g., AWS Certified, CISSP), or experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce domains.
