Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and high performance.

- Strategic Planning: Align development initiatives with business objectives and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and refine Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team productivity and collaboration.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with product managers, designers, and executives to prioritize features and resolve blockers.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Technical Background: Strong foundation in software engineering (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or cloud technologies).
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
