This is a full-time position based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, with occasional travel required for fieldwork and stakeholder engagements.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage development projects, ensuring alignment with government policies and regional priorities.
- Coordinate with local government units, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders to implement sustainable development initiatives.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Monitor project progress, conduct impact assessments, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and public participation in development programs.
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and project teams.
- Represent the Provincial Government in meetings, conferences, and public forums related to regional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in development management, project coordination, or public sector administration.
- Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement within government or NGO sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies, regional development frameworks, and sustainable practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello), and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience working in Bali or other Indonesian provinces is a plus.
