Responsibility
- Enforce housing and homesite regulations in compliance with national and local laws.
- Conduct inspections and audits of housing projects to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with government agencies, developers, and stakeholders to promote sustainable housing solutions.
- Prepare and submit reports on regulatory compliance and enforcement activities.
- Provide guidance and support to communities and developers on housing regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of housing policies and programs.
- Participate in public consultations and policy development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of regulatory activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing regulation, urban development, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and preparing regulatory reports.
- Proficiency in using regulatory and compliance management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or local languages is a plus.
