Responsibility
- Draft, review, and edit legislative documents, resolutions, and ordinances in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to legislative committees and council meetings.
- Conduct research and analysis on policy issues to inform decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and community groups to gather input for legislative initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of legislative proceedings, including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, work plans, and performance reports for legislative projects.
- Facilitate public consultations and stakeholder engagements to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor the implementation of approved policies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legislative support, government administration, or policy analysis.
- Strong knowledge of local government operations, legislative processes, and legal frameworks in Indonesia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, research tools, and legislative management software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and present findings clearly and concisely.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
