Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Delphi-based applications to support business operations and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Delphi development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Object Pascal, Delphi IDE, and related frameworks (e.g., FireMonkey, VCL).
- Experience with database design and integration (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
