Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks for large-scale compliance technology projects.
- Lead a team of test engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria for regulatory and business requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks through proactive test case design, defect tracking, and root-cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing automation testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOX) and internal governance policies.
- Prepare and present test progress reports, metrics, and insights to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and upskill team members to foster a culture of quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in test management, with a focus on compliance technology, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end testing for complex, enterprise-level systems.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, Basel III) and risk management principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, or CSM are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with a global team.
